Terms of use

These terms cover your use of Offdays, a PTO optimizer and trip planner run by the operator of Offdays. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Offdays. See also our privacy policy.

Your account

• Give a real email address and keep your password to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• The shared demo account is read-only and may be reset at any time.

Plans and suggestions are a starting point

Offdays suggests PTO windows, destinations and itineraries, some written by AI. They can be wrong or out of date. Check opening hours, prices, bookings, visas, travel advice and your employer’s leave rules yourself before you rely on them. Holiday calendars are best-effort and your employer’s policy always wins.

AI requests and plans

• Free accounts include a small daily number of AI requests. Paid plans include more, as described on the pricing page. Limits are fair-use limits and may change; we’ll say so on the pricing page first.
• When a limit is reached, the rule-based planner keeps working.
• If you add your own AI provider API key, requests made with it are billed by that provider to you under their terms. Only add a key you’re allowed to use, and remove it if you stop using Offdays.

Paid plans

Payments aren’t live yet. When they are, prices, renewal, cancellation and refund terms will be shown at checkout before you pay. You’ll be able to cancel a subscription at any time from Settings and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Acceptable use

• Don’t try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service, including by creating accounts to get more free AI requests.
• Don’t access other people’s data, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, or use automated tools to scrape the site.
• Don’t use Offdays for anything unlawful. Shared trip links must not contain anything you don’t have the right to share.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Your content

Your plans, trips and notes are yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run Offdays for you, including sending trip details to AI providers when you ask for AI planning.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Offdays running but don’t promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or discontinue features; if we shut Offdays down, we’ll give account holders notice and time to export their data.

Liability

Offdays is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, the operator of Offdays isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for travel costs, missed bookings or leave decisions made using the service. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. These terms stop applying when you do, apart from the parts that by their nature should continue.
