What happens when I run out of AI requests?+
Nothing breaks. The rule-based planner builds the itinerary instead, checked against the same rules as AI plans. Free requests reset every day at midnight UTC; Pro's 200 reset on the 1st of each month.
How good is the rule-based planner?+
Solid. It uses the same curated places, opening days and pacing rules, and every plan passes the same checks. AI plans read better, mix neighbourhoods more cleverly and adapt to your notes.
Can I cancel Pro?+
Any time, from Settings. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, then move to Free. Your trips stay exactly as they are.
How does a Trip Pass work?+
It's Pro for 14 days, paid once, and it never renews. Buy it when you start planning a trip; buying another adds 14 more days.
I already have an Anthropic or OpenAI API key.+
Then you don’t need Pro. Add it under Settings → Advanced and you get up to 35 AI requests a day, billed by your provider. The key is encrypted and never shown again.
Is my card safe?+
Payments aren't live yet. When they are, card details will be handled entirely by the payment provider and never touch Offdays' servers.
